First-Person Escape Room Simulator 2 for Mac

New rooms—bigger, finer, and more challenging
Explore a variety of rooms created by escape room experts and the community. Each room set has four brain-teasing puzzles and hidden secrets:
– Dracula Castle: Enter the dark castle and uncover its secrets to break the dark curse of the town.
– Starship EOS: A starship that has run aground and forces you to obtain energy from a mysterious black sphere.
– Curse of the Treasure: Follow a mysterious map to a pirate island and overcome all obstacles to seize the ancient treasure.

Solo or multiplayer
This game can be played alone or with friends. Up to eight players can connect and play together. Voice and text chat are included for communication during the puzzle-solving process.

Physics & Interactions
When you enter Escape Simulator 2, we hope you feel like you are really entering a real escape room. All details are interactive—pick up and examine various items, uncover dust, drive vehicles, and sit down to rest. All items that are not fixed can be moved.

Room Editor 2.0
Use the Room Editor 2.0 to create your dream escape room! After seeing over 4000 custom-made rooms in the first version, we have made these tools more intuitive and powerful. The new lighting system will make your custom-made room look more like a real escape room. The building editor allows you to design various (with stairs!) rooms and animate items to make them more lively.

Version 19925 Update Content:

### (1) Basic Game Experience Upgrade and Fixes
1. Engine optimization: Complete the game engine upgrade and fix the rendering anomaly issue on M1 chip Mac devices;
2. New convenience features: Automatic sprint, 2x cursor size, and silent footsteps switches are now available. The “hidden item hints” and “silent item hints” settings have been split into separate settings. A button to skip the outcome page for rooms with unlocked endings has also been added.
3. Social and achievement adjustments: Hall chat now includes player usage prompts and a global notification for viewing guides. Achievements related to the advanced Room Editor have been removed, and a new cup for completing the tutorial has been added.
4. Comprehensive room fixes: Addressing multiple issues in the main storyline rooms, including multiplayer synchronization failures, logic bugs, interaction anomalies, sound misalignment, and inaccurate item pickup detection. The experience has been improved.
5. Other: Remove blank and invalid uploaded rooms, and complete multiple fine-tuning experience improvements.

### (2) Room Editor (Creator-oriented) Major Upgrade
1. Core new features: The “animation field” logic component is now available, allowing the creation of animation effects for object values and material attributes. Multiple room configuration options have been added, including time limits, player/piece name tags, near-microphone voice switches, and reflection probe switches.
2. Comprehensive operation experience improvements: The material animation system has been upgraded, and features such as proportional scaling, behavior delay settings, right-click piece renaming, slot swapping, and duplicate token ID warnings have been added. The experience in the prop bar, target list, and other places has been optimized. The ability to switch between透视/正交 cameras and the position/rotation visualization UI in animation mode have also been added.
3. Performance and stability improvements: Multiple editor performance improvements have been completed, and issues such as abnormal save for area triggers have been fixed. The upload logic for rooms has been optimized (excluding irrelevant folders and only retaining custom model files).
