一、 核心界面与心动为五个核心区域：
启动 Timer Utility 5 后，主窗口主要分为五个核心区域：
- 菜单核心区域：：位于窗口顶部（包含“文件”、“编辑”、“计时器”、“视图”、“窗口”、“帮助”等菜单。右侧常驻全局控制按钮，如“新建计时器组”、“开始全部”、“暂停全部”。
- 侧边栏（项目/计时器列表）：窗口左侧面板。以树状结构或列表形建的“计时器组”和独立的“计时器”。您可以在此进行分组、重命名、启用或禁用操作。
- 主计时与监控面板：窗口中央的核心区域。当选中一个计时器时，此处会以大字体显示当前计时（时:分:秒.毫秒），并配有大型的“开始/暂停”、“计次”、“重置”按钮。对于运行中的计时器，会实时显示进度条。
二、 完整操作流程：从创建后导出
步骤1：创建新计时项目
方法一：通过菜单
点击菜单栏 文件 -> 新建 -> 新建计时器组 (或 新建独立计时器)。

创建新计时器组：Command + Shift + N
创建新独立计时器：Command + Option + N
方法三：点击工具栏按钮
直接点击全局接制栏的“+”图标。
创建后，在侧边栏中点击名称即可重命名，建议使用有意义的项目名称，如“晨间锻炼”、“项目Alpha开发”。
步骤2：配置计时器参数
- 在侧边栏选中目标计时器。
- 点击菜单栏
计时器 -> 设置...或右键点击计时器选择“设置”。
- 设定目标时长：输入小时、分钟、秒，用于倒计时或进度监控、间隔计时模式
- 设置提醒：勾选“播放声音”或“显示通知”，计时结时触发、间隔计时模式
- 选择计时模式：正计时（累计）、倒计时、间隔计时（番茄钟）。
- 分配颜色标签：为不同类别的计时器倒配颜色，便于视觉区分。
步骤3：执行计时操作
选中计时器，焦点击大型的 ▶ 按钮，或按快捷键 Command + S。
- 开始计时：点击大型的 ▶ 按钮，或按快捷键

- Click on the Export button to start the export process.
