这是 Moment 的核心助临时器用于执行计划好的任务或进行临时专注。

操作位置：任何视图中的任务块上，或菜单栏图标。

具体方法：

1. 计划任务计时：在“今日”时间轴上，将鼠标悬停在某个任务块上，点击出现的“播放”按钮单栏图标。
2. 快速计时：点击菜单栏的 Moment 图标，选择“快速开始”，然后选择一个预计时长或项目，即可立即开始一个非计划内的专注时段。
3. 计时开始后，菜单栏图标会显示倒计时，并后进行暂停或停止操作。

4. 记录与调整实际时间

计时结束后，手动停止计时器时，系统会自动记录实际耗时。

操作位置：“历史”视图或任务检查器。
