5. **SCM Version Query Optimization**: When “Show SCM System File Versions” is enabled, version information is queried only after path input confirmation (Enter, selecting history item, moving out of input box), avoiding invalid requests.
6. **Deprecated Some API Settings**: Some credential notification and file system plugin related settings removed from Automation API and AppleScript. Related historical stored values automatically deleted on software startup.
7. **Removed Redundant Settings**: Removed unused internal firewall settings, automatically clearing related stored data on startup.
## III. Bug Fixes
1. Fixed regular expression character class matching anomalies: Fixed issues with incorrect matching of character classes and escape characters such as `w`, `b`, `[[:upper:]]`, `[[:space:]]` caused by Boost library upgrade.
2. Fixed regular expression hexadecimal escape errors: Hexadecimal escapes with letters (such as `xE9`) now correctly match target characters, illegal escapes correctly report errors.
3. Fixed occasional binary comparison freeze: Fixed race condition issues that could cause program unresponsiveness when starting binary comparison via AppleScript or command-line tools.
4. Fixed Git worktree historical version access issue: Git plugin now correctly lists and opens early versions of files within Git worktrees.
5. Fixed Git relative path URI high CPU usage issue: Git URIs using relative paths no longer cause the program to saturate CPU cores; such invalid URIs are directly rejected.
6. Fixed false navigation targets in three-way comparison: In three-way text comparison, excluded line blocks from left and right files no longer become erroneous navigation targets in the middle panel.
7. Fixed missing controls in saved comparisons: When reopening saved text/binary comparisons, rulers, scrollbars, and change buttons in all panels display correctly.
8. Optimized invalid encoding handling: Invalid byte sequences in UTF-8 files now only replace the erroneous fragment with the Unicode replacement character, preserving the rest of the line intact; undecodable lines are displayed byte-by-byte as Latin-1 characters.
9. Fixed byte order mark (BOM) handling errors: BOMs under corresponding encodings are correctly recognized and not treated as text content; BOMs are correctly handled according to encoding rules when saving.
10. Fixed folder comparison jump crash: In split view folder comparison, jumping upward from the first change in a file to the previous change line no longer causes crashes or abnormal behavior.
11. Fixed interface layout issues: Fixed control alignment issues in settings windows under different system versions, and text truncation issues in some windows under Japanese interface.
12. Fixed settings window table display issues: Text within table cells no longer exceeds the row background range.
