Description

App won't open, appears damaged, or reports an unidentified developer? Click here to fix it.

FiveNotes allows you to easily access the five most important items at any time. Quickly jot down email addresses, phone numbers, recipes, meeting notes, inspirations, or any content you don’t want to lose. Open FiveNotes via the menu bar or keyboard shortcuts, and switch between the five notes with clicks or shortcuts. Always keep FiveNotes above other windows, even full-screen apps, as a handy reference. You can also separate the window and use it like a regular movable window.

Five notes, goodbye to clutter.

This limitation is intentional: FiveNotes helps you focus on the important things right now, rather than building an endless notebook archive.

Features:

– Access FiveNotes quickly via the menu bar or keyboard shortcuts
– Five notes, each color-coded
– Always-on-top mode, including above full-screen apps
– Detachable window, edge-sticky, and visible at the mouse cursor
– Drag text directly onto the menu bar icon to add to the notes
– Supports Markdown format, including task lists, highlights, and indents
– Search within the notes
– Customize themes, note colors, fonts, spacing, and light/dark appearance
– Automatic local backups to help recover overwritten notes
– Sync across Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch via private iCloud
– Supports Apple Shortcuts, AppleScript, and URL API automation
– No analytics, no telemetry, and no access to your notes

Version 3.3 Update:

– Added more interface languages for FiveNotes
– Added settings options to disable auto-indent, auto-complete, and swipe gestures
– Added right-click context menu for the menu bar icon
– Optimized menu styles to match corresponding icons
– Fixed the issue of increasing indentation when pressing Tab in input methods
– Fixed occasional program crashes when checking off completed items
– Optimized application launch logic, so FiveNotes windows are properly launched from the Dock
