    2. Ensure the server firewall allows HTTPS (443) connections.
    3. Try accessing https://www.23mac.com directly in the device’s Safari, and manually trust the certificate warning that appears.
    Remote management connections fail. The target server is not enabled for remote management, or there is a network issue. On the target server Mac, open “System Preferences” > “General” > “Sharing,” and ensure “Remote Management” is enabled. When connecting, use the full server hostname or Bonjour name (e.g., server_name.local).
    Push commands (e.g., remote lock) remain in “Processing” for a long time. The device is not connected to the internet, or the push notification channel between the MDM server and the device is interrupted. 1. Confirm the device’s network connection is normal.
    2. In the “Devices” list of the Server application, select the device and try right-clicking to choose “Update Now” to force sync the status.
    3. Restart the “Profile Manager” service on the server.
